Asbestos deal stalled by European buyers bid failure

Casper townsfolk witnessed a scramble over Casper Mountain asbestos as London and European syndicates pressed for North American and Wyoming Consolidated holdings. Directors rejected offers including 850000 and 3500000 cash deals and moved to lease terms with A E Minum while promising a fair, judge-set valuation if a sale occurs. The lease complicates bids but signals ongoing mining activity and shared commitment to shareholders.
