Four men known as Hou Gall died Wednesday evening at Uusper privele hospital amid reports of decline. Caib a long time worker and others were among the bereaved. funeral arrangements are set for Monday with undertaker Poshay preparing the procession. Oil Bursts From Salt Creek Wells In Three Spots

A month ago at Salt Creek oil erupted at three surface points, two hundred feet from any well. Volunteers fed streams rising three feet high, prompting a reservoir and constant pumping to prevent waste. Experts attribute the outlet to strong well gas pressure forcing oil through underground crevices to the surface.

A two story Cody Building housing the Cody Training Co. was completely destroyed by last Friday. Fire officials cannot yet determine the cost of the loss. The company will rebuild. Firemen were hindered by blocked water pipes linked to the Shoshone dam construction.

Arapaho and Shoshone delegations travel back to the Wind River reservation after a dispute over rental money and the sale of allotments. The Arapahoe seek permanent rights to other lands while the Shoshone retain title to theirs. a settlement provides the Arapaho a cash share from rentals and sales.

Rowe Miller, whose mother works for MD Alliwrd near Kaycee, suffered a severe accident Saturday February 1. His wagon loaded with wood toppled, pinning him. he crawled miles in snow for days before being found and hospitalized in Casper. He remains unconscious with frostbite and one leg amputated below the knee. the right toes may be amputated later. Medical staff report a critical condition but potential for recovery.
