The county board at Basin on the 2nd instacreated a High School District embracing sixteen surrounding districts. The proposal outlines petition steps for organizing districts, election rules, and trustee roles. It notes that taxes cannot exceed ten mills and bond funding could reach about four percent of district valuation with the High School at the county seat and a state university prep course required.
