Elections and new members in Perry Eagles lodge
At a regular meeting of the Perry Eagles lodge officers were elected: W F Perry Morris as President, I RB Sutton Vice President, Frank Jones chaplain, A T Phillipe secretary, Art Simpson treasurer, Geo High inside guard, Frank Fowler outside guard, Geo Thompson trustee. Three new members joined: Joe Thomas Joe Staritt and Samuel R Johnson. Twelve membership applications were read and to be acted on at the end of the month meeting. A special dispensacion to admit new members with a 4.00 initiation fee granted. Members aim to reach three hundred by year end.

Dr BH BR Lathrop assisted by a Good Samaritan named John Kryne after a breakdown near Seesemer. Kryne rode to town with Lathrop and his driver, securing a start with a rope before the situation was resolved by a neighbor. all four traveled ten miles back to Alecova.

F D Berry Relapses Into Rheumatism in Thermopolis
Friends report F D Berry suffering a severe rheumatism relapse and now an inmate of Washakie Sanatorium in Thermopolis under physician care. He was previously treated there in the fall and, after partial recovery, again sought mineral baths and care, with plans to remain three to four weeks more for full recovery.

The Concert At Iris Theater Enchants Large Audience
The lyceum second entertainment Friday evening at Iris theater drew a large enthusiastic crowd. Ole Theobaldi impressed on violin with many encores, Mlle Helena Kellere displayed piano artistry, and Madame Stitzel's soprano voice was highly praised. Future entertainments promise satisfaction with a public money-back guarantee. A later musicale hosted by Mr and Mrs Leavitt and Mr and Mrs Linn featured varied vocal and instrumental selections and a refined supper.

Miss Leeta Corder’s soprano impressed with a three octave range while Lovie Zendt Purcell’s contralto astonished with deep low notes. Violinist Thomas V Purcell drew praise for Wieniawski Faust Fantasia and his own To Water Lily arrangement. Encore after encore highlighted strong audience approval. next appears at Methodist Church December 16 with reduced admission.

A EB Jordan and Dr J Evans hunted jack rabbits in the snow last Saturday using a sawed off blunderbus and a smaller weapon. Evans led the chase by shooing the rabbit toward Jordan who would rise with the gun and shoot, killing four cotton tails and two jack rabbits. The party returned to town with their game on display.
