Casper Wool Movement Seeks Casper Backers for Stock Purchase
J E Cosgriff and other supporters plan to visit Casper to collect subscriptions from sheepmen for the National Wool Storage movement. Subscription cut off April 15, no wool handled on consign ment. Stockmasters must buy stock to cover their entire clip to protect stockholders and ensure first class wools. Delays could lead to low grade wools and damaged reports harming western market trust. The note urges community organization to improve Casper and spur educational development through active clubs and youth projects.
