John I Gammon Pioneer Rancher Dies in Wyoming
Buffalo Wyoming telegram reports John I Gammon 74 pioneer horse breeder and rancher died Tuesday at his Crazy Woman creek home. In six decades of ranching he owned land from Livingston County Illinois to Wyoming and became known for Percheron horses on a ranch famed during the Johnson County cattle wars. He is survived by two daughters Mrs M Todd of Chicago and Mrs Jessie Blackstone of Los Angeles two sons and two sisters.
