Moscow wireless says Ukrainian opposition to Russian troops has disintegrated. Anti Bolsheviki leaders abandoned their troops. Polish Russian peace talks ended as Russia accuses Poland of violating armistice terms on troop disposition.
AP reports violent Irish unrest in Dublin with at least 25 dead and over 100 wounded. Fourteen army officers were shot. Croke Park raid during a football game left ten dead. Fires spread in the city as London guards weigh troop mobilization and possible martial law.
London dispatch reports the new Greek government issued a mobilizing note calling for a general attack on Nationalist forces along the Ushak front, 130 miles northeast of Smyrna. Fighting has been sparse as Greece awaits elections and policy decisions. Paris says France will not block Constantine’s return, with Lay preparing a note urging the government to avoid financial backing for Constantine's restoration.
Athens November 22 Members of the new Greek cabinet work to establish the regime and reinstate thousands of officials and military officers removed during Venizelos era The new ministry aims for moderation toward supporters of the former premier and restore former functionaries to their posts.
The George W. Vroman post No. 2 American Legion will hold its regular twice monthly meeting tonight at 8 oclock in the Legion club rooms basement West Hotel building. Changes in the headquarters office force may be discussed and Fred Drakle state executive committee chairman is expected to attend and announce a future state committee meeting.

The Natrona County Chapter launches a district based Red Cross roll call with 30 volunteer ladies led by Afra HH Townsend. The aim is 6000 members, with a two day intensive canvass starting Tuesday at 10 o’clock, in Casper.

Secretary Lyman of the National Board of Farm Organizations said four million farmers have organized to combat falling prices. He noted more are joining daily and that herald prices are so low farmers can barely cover costs, yet still produce crops and stock at a profit.
Belgrade announces that Prince Regent Alexander ratified the Rapallo Treaty settling the Adriatic question between Italy and Yugoslavia today.
London dispatch reports fears of more assassinations after Dublin's Red Sunday. Heavy guards surround government offices and troops ready to move to Ireland. The press urges firm government action as the killings are labeled the worst massacre of British soldiers since the India mutiny.
London reports the lord mayor of Dublin asked for police protection. The viceroy granted a guard but no regular force was available, so a party of Black and Tans was sent to guard the mayor's residence.
A violent scene erupted in the House of Commons today during Irish questions. Two members were knocked to the floor as shouting and blows interrupted proceedings and the sitting was suspended.

Warsaw reports that Soviet Russia ended peace talks at Riga after refusing to continue negotiations. The Soviets begin assembling large armies to crush irregular Polish forces east of armistice borders and pursue Ukrainian units northwest of Kiev, while Polish troops resisting withdrawal to the line agreed in the preliminary treaty.
In Mexico City on Nov 22 Robert Pes queira, a Mexican confidential agent in the United States, acted without authority in ordering Mexican consular agents on the frontier not to issue passports to Senator Albert Fall of New Mexico. Fall planned to visit Mexico City for Obregon's presidential inauguration on December 1. Cutberto Hidalgo, secretary of foreign affairs, announced the claim. A separate note mentions a general strike of bogus girls delaying Paris Opera activities.
Early morning gun fight in the North Burlington Addition led to four arrests for disorderly conduct and a police manhunt for two more. A patrol wagon chase ended with arrests in a rooming house while a new officer faced a heavy heavyweight suspect in a scuffle. Dora Ray linked to the property ownership as investigators note prior visits to the disorderly site.
Chicago traders report hog prices dropping 50 cents at the opening with further declines. Hogs in market yards fell to new lows with declines of 26 to 40 cents, marking over a 500 percent drop since July of last year, and Indianapolis hitting the lowest level since 1913 with top price around 40 dollars.
