A long notice lists numerous property parcels in Casper and Albany areas offered for sale. It includes Lot and Block descriptions across North Casper, Burlington, and Sheridan Heights, with payment details and assessment terms for a Casper Wyoming improvement project. The Casper City Council on May 20 1922 declared its intention to improve multiple streets by grading constructing curbs draining and paving in a district along West Highth Street Oak Street Thirteenth Street Cedar Elm Spruce and more. An assessment district will cover properties abutting or benefiting from the work with boundaries described from Fourteenth Street north along alleys to Ash Street and east to Oak Street and beyond.
Notice is given that bids will be received for cement concrete sidewalks curbs and gutter not already constructed in Casper Wyoming and proper grading of the same. The improvement includes all sidewalks curbs and gutters five feet wide five inches thick or twelve feet wide and all inches thick graded per Casper ordinances and plans on file in the City Clerk's office. Bids marked SIDEWALK PROPOSALS must be submitted as specified.
