Jury Venire Set for March Term of District Court
Special court order draws a venire of about 100 for the district court March term. Judge C O Brown issued the order. Lee Martin and Elizabeth McDonald plus two others will select the names. Trials begin March 10 with two first degree murder cases and 38 other matters including robbery and wife desertion. Train Collision Kills Dozens at Crossing
Forty two bodies recovered after a crash between the Canadian and Interstate Limited trains at a crossing in Porter Indiana. The collision occurred at nearly fifty miles an hour as the New York Central train struck derailed cars from the Michigan Central train. Six Sinn Fein Traitors Shot At Cork Executions

Bond Thief Dalton to Face arraignment in Chicago
