The Casper City Council confirms the assessment roll for Grading District No 7 and authorizes issuance of improvement bonds totaling about 27018 dollars to be repaid from special assessments. Bonds bear 6 percent interest, mature by 1931, and are payable at the Casper City Treasurer.
The court orders an administrator to show cause why an order to sell part of the deceased’s real estate should not be granted. A copy of the order will be published weekly in the Casper Daily Tribune for three successive weeks. Judge Ralph Kimball signs the notice.
