Cascade Community Notes on Pulpit, Potatoes and Horses
The Holbrooke brothers of Che saw were in Cascade Tuesday. Mr Roderick McRae and family fire now occupying the new section house here. Rev W A Alexander of Columbia will occupy the pulpit in the Presbyterian church at Cascade one week from tomorrow March 18. Parties were in Cascade last week looking for large draft horses to haul Republic ore to the Grand Forks smelter. Tillable land yields great potato crops. Thos Price with a Sutherland Siding ranch planted 50 feet square and harvested 15 sacks of potatoes.
