Charlie Wolfe arrives at his uncle J G Wolfe in Knightsville after service in the regular army including Fort McPherson Tampa Cuba and the San Juan hill action with the Rough Riders He travelled from Brooklyn Hospital with fever then recovered on furlough He left Indianapolis with 80 dollars and had 11 dollars left at Montauk his other belongings burned by yellow fever in Cuba Brazil Times reports He is Blanche Wolfe's brother and was a quiet unassuming youth in the community.
