The Carthage Natural Gas Company will hold its annual stockholders meeting at the gas office in Carthage Indiana on Monday September 15 1902 at 7 30 p m for the ensuing year and to transact any other business that may come before the meeting. Secretary Starry Kk StarGer.
A military message assigns Corporal Bert K. Miller to Copper Center Alaska to take charge of the central division of the Fort Edgbert Fort Liscum telegraph line. Lineman Thomas B. Yeager is sent to the same station. Captain Eugene Wilson confirms the orders in Ft Liscum Alaska. The instructions were sent with Bert’s latest letter to his parents.
T Harvey Miner and Miss Katherine Glass wed at the Mite List home Wednesday evening conducted by Rev. Gilespie. Guests and gifts accompanied the ceremony. Nearby, Elmer Readle and Jessie Cross married at the bride’s Arlington area home Wednesday night, with supper and many presents. The Record extends best wishes to both couples.
The Friends W. F. M. S. met with Mrs. Lizzie D. Stone. Mrs. Gause served as secretary for the day. Officers elected: Ida S.
