Burglar Entered Kennedy’s Cuffe Back Door

On Tuesday night a thief broke into Kennedy's Cuffe on East Mill Street by removing a transom wire screen. He ate pies and ice cream from the lunch counter, took pipes and possibly cigars, and emptied the lunch drawer of change. The cash drawer remained mostly untouched, and the intruder left the rear door open with a torn shirt fragment left behind.
