A cloarch wedding occurred at River side last Sunday morning. The contracting parties were Miss Hattie Winslow and Daniel Whybrew of Fair mount with Rev Gottshall officiating. The couple will study for the ministry under Walter Malone in Cleveland Ohio. Threshing groceries at Lovett s. Carthage Record until Jan 1 1901 25¢ Graham bread at J C Hill s Restaurant.

The Tourists met at the Christian church for a Paris focused evening. Mrs Green was absent but her paper on Paris life was read by Mrs Miles Hill. Grace Nixon spoke on Paris art galleries and Nina Newsom outlined the French school system. The Ladies Octet performed and the group adjourned to Mrs Eunice Poeipes lawn for ice cream with music.
