Funeral services were held for the infant son of Mr and Mrs Harlan Tuttle on Tuesday afternoon. The child was born Monday morning and buried in Carthage Riverside cemetery.

Dr and Mrs W S Coleman depart Carthage at 4 30 pm for Richmond Va the first leg of a five month world cruise visiting foreign ports. They sail Nov 26 from New York to Naples with Rome Venice and Florence on the itinerary then Ceylon Java Bali Manila and the Celebes Islands before returning to San Francisco. The couple has previously toured New Zealand Australia and Hawaii.
The great ae picture show King of Kings screens at Hannegan Christian Church nightly at 7 30 pm with final showings Wednesday and Thursday. No admission charges. A vivid portrayal of the life and cry of Christ draws crowds.

Elizabeth Goodman aged 61 died at her Rushville home last Thursday. Her husband William Goodman is the only immediate relative. Funeral services were held Saturday at 1 30 PM at Moster Mortuary with interment in Arlington cemetery. The Goodmans previously lived in eee and later on the Newlin farm before moving to Rushville. Neighbors and Carthage friends attended.
The Kappa Kappa Sigma sorority completes plans for an annual charity dance at Carthage Auditorium on Thanksgiving night. George Kaiser and his New Castle orchestra will play from 9 30 to 12 30, with proceeds benefiting local charity.
