Grand Jury to Probe Rushville Bus Crash Nine Die
Rush county grand jurors set to convene Monday in Rushville to hear evidence on the bus automobile crash near Rushville Saturday night. Nine persons were killed and nine injured as a Greyhound collided with a car driven by Paul T. Connell of near Glenwood. Connell, jailed on drunkenness charges, faces investigation as authorities identified all victims, many burned beyond recognition after the wreck and plunge down a 20 foot embankment into a stream.

Former K Town Resident Dies at 63
Charles R. Lee, 63, longtime Anderson automobile dealer, died suddenly at his summer home in Hollywood Florida. A Knightstown native, he moved to Anderson about ten years ago from Indianapolis where he served as district manager for an auto concern. His body was brought to Knightstown for funeral services and burial.
