Bluebirds Fall To Raleigh In League Return

Hog Theft and Killing Reported Near Farm East of Town
A 375 pound hog owned by Clyde Henley was shot and killed on Thursday night at his east farm. The hog was carried to a road 9, with parts found southeast of the farm and the hide found later at a distance. Sheriff Ed Compton investigated the theft on Friday.
