Tip on Jail Delivery at Rushville
Harvey Yazell eighteen, arrested last week at Greensburg, pleaded guilty to burglary and was sentenced to one to fourteen years in the state reformatory at Jeffersonville. Sheriff Beeson took him to the reformatory Monday. Mrs Boaz Demaree said neither Townsend nor Yazell were connected with the Demarees, but that stolen goods were taken there by Jesse Demaree, now in state prison. A tipped call and guard deputations followed as Rushville prepared for a possible Demaree jail breakout. no further developments reported.
