Carrollton-Farmers Branch plans school expansions and reorganization
The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Board approved a building plan adding a wing to Turner High School with a 14 classroom expansion and extending the cafeteria and study areas. A 14 classroom addition is also planned for Webb Chapel Elementary. Summer construction is aimed to relieve crowded facilities and later razing older Farmers Branch structures. Also a social note honors Mrs. Thomas C. Dye at a May 16 coffee before the Dyes move to Houston.
