Community Relations Awards For Public Speaking

The program offers two National 4H Avant programs Public Speaking and County Relations to develop speaking skills for county youth. Medals reward winners who excel in community work while a trip to the National 4H Congress in Oriente is provided along with an $800 scholarship.
