Carroll Area FFA Field Day Highlights Community Event
Carroll Area FFA hosted its annual Field Day at the Fricke Plot on Sept. 13. Ralph von Qualen spoke on soybean cyst nematodes as visitors toured 31 soybean varieties. A pork barbecue, raffles for jackets and model tractors, and farm machinery displays accompanied rides of the plot. Plot managers Tom Willenberg and Jason Klocke oversaw operations with support from three local implement dealers.
