ISU Schedules Meeting on Manure Management
Iowa State University will hold a March 18 meeting at the Iowa State Bank in Sac City from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Kris Kohl, ISU Extension ag engineer, will lead guidance for producers expanding land or livestock operations to update manure management plans. 4-H fruit orders arrive Saturday for Carroll County sales
Area residents who ordered fruit from Carroll County 4-H ers can expect delivery soon. A truck load will arrive in Carroll for pickup by 4-H members Saturday. About 19000 dollars of fruit were sold, up 20 percent from last year. Top sellers are Jay Baumhover Alyssa Dammann Kristin Sturm Mallory Schon Nick Stork. Each will receive a 50 dollar U S Savings Bond. The 52 4-H members with more than 150 dollars in sales earned a pizza party.

Kuemper Hosts 33rd Future Wrestlers Tourney at High School
