Over the Top In One Day’s War Fund Drive
Carlisle and Haddon townships lead a Red Cross War Fund Drive with record success on day one. Precincts 2, 3, and 4 in Haddon raised 4300 for the Carlisle Chapter while Paxton Precinct 1 submits to Sullivan Chapter. Teams led by Wolfe Jenkins Curry and Hoke mobilized workers plus student girls and war mothers across Carlisle.
