Will of Rev. Willis Filed in Knox Circuit Court
The will of the late Rev. T. H. Willis was filed Monday in the Knox Circuit Court. It directs debts be paid and all real estate in Knox and Sullivan counties along with personal property to go to his widow Sarah Elizabeth Willis for life. Upon her death the estate passes to the children: Theodore K Willis, Charles T Willis, Stella Willis Brown, Carl Willis, William W Willis, and Paul Willis. A codicil provides that if Mrs. Willis remarries she receives one third while the two thirds go to Stella Brown, Theodore Willis, Charles Willis, William W Willis, Paul Willis, and Carl Willis’s two children. Executed 1911 04 20. codicil 1921 02 09.
