It is definite the Southern Indiana railroad will be extended from Jasonville to Sullivan. Most right of way is secured and a depot site purchased. The line will cross the E. & E. H. near Washington street and loop southeast through Pleasantville to tap coal fields and reach Daviess county with possible terminals and shops in Sullivan.
