Promoted Hanau Soldier Joins Army in Germany
Daren K. Bunn, 21, son of LaMont and Conda Bunn, promoted to Army Specialist four in the 3rd Armored Division at Hanau Germany. He serves as a fire direction computer publications clerk with Battery A 2d Battalion 73rd Artillery. He entered service in 1972 and trained at Ft. Ord and Ft. Sill. He is a Soda Springs Idaho High School and Idaho State University graduate and worked for A W Rental in Salt Lake City. His wife Julie accompanies him in Germany. An economic report notes freight car loadings down and whiskey sales up implying more people are boarding freight cars.
