The Caribou National Forest announces completion of a proposed travel plan under a 1972 executive order and invites public review. Plans identify ORV use areas and routes with a target implementation by December 31, 1976, with comments due by September 30 to the Pocatello office. Public listening sessions are planned in Idaho Falls Pocatello and Soda Springs Montpelier areas in early September.
