J Clark Burris Dies Suddenly in Idaho
James Clark Burris 74 died suddenly Tuesday while visiting neighbors in Soda Springs Idaho. Born near Mountain Grove Missouri he moved to Idaho in 1907 1908 and spent most of his life in sheep work and phosphate mining. Funeral at Presbyterian church Friday at 1 30 p m with Masonic graveside rites in Fairview cemetery. He leaves three brothers and one sister in Missouri one sister in Wichita Kansas and a niece in Shoshone Idaho.

The second annual Henry Stampede is scheduled for July 7 and 8 at Henry uncle Soda rallying Clark Irving as organizer. Parole Violator to be Returned to Oregon Prison
Jack Chalmers alias Jack Andrew Sabine alias Bill Wagner was found a parole violator from Oregon State Penitentiary. He waived extradition and will be returned to Oregon authorities upon penitentiary arrival after serving about one year of a three year term for issuing a false check. He has been held in Caribou county jail since his June arrest.
