Caribou County Approves May Bills In Regular Session
Caribou County Board of Commissioners met in Soda Springs with Chairman Ira Elis and Commissioners Edwin Smith and Jack Gibbs. May minutes and bills were read and approved. numerous road and bridge fund payments listed, plus current expense and auditor funds. The board discussed grazing area signs, environmental study for a new highway from Lava to Alexander, Cedar View road rights of way, waterway funding needs, waterway appointments, tax issues on Bancroft elevator, Blue Landing subdivision plat, a 10 cent tax proposal for road cleanup, and potential sale of a county homesite near Blackfoot River Park.
