City voters in Soda Springs will go to the polls on April 23 to elect a mayor and two councilmen. Mayor Allen Tigert, appointed to serve the unexpired term of the late Aaron Ozburn, previously served as first precinct councilman. First precinct councilman Earl Gunnell and second precinct councilman J. E. Garvin face re election questions, while incumbent Frank Lallatin and Art Kelly remain holdovers from the last council.
