He was Temporary Administrator of Saint Aloysius Parish New Plymouth Idaho and is unrelated to Father Francis Hebert former pastor of Soda Springs Parish Bannner Ferry Idaho.
Lt. Evans, a Soda Springs native, is promoted to Operations Officer in the Rigby Idaho First National Bank O h4r. He previously worked as a teller in Soda Springs from 1969 and joined Boise audit crew in 1972 after a Salt Lake City finance stint. He is active in local civic groups and charity drives.
The Caribou County Community Concert Association plans a September drive for new members with an open house on September 6 hosted by Mrs. Allen H. Tigert in Soda Springs. Campaign week runs September 10 with no single tickets sold, and the 1972-73 season includes The Moods of Man and two more concerts to be announced.
Idaho outlines dove and goose seasons opening October 7 for ducks and geese with regional dates. Pheasants run October 14 to November 19 in the Panhandle and October 28 elsewhere, with two cock pheasants daily and limits increasing after day one.
