Driver killed in crash on I-5 near Ortega Highway
A 64 year old Encinitas man died after his Lexus rear ended a tow truck in the northbound I-5 No 4 lane near Ortega Highway in San Juan Capistrano. The crash occurred before 11 am and closed all lanes but the carpool lane. The tow truck driver was taken to Mission Hospital with minor injuries.
