Capistrano Terrace Mobile Home Park residents learned this week that the 18 acre park is in escrow and being bought by Advances Real Estate Services Inc. A Lake Forest based partner company also owns the adjacent 440 acre San Juan Meadows parcel above the mobile home park. The Meadows area is slated for residential development near the San Diego Freeway Camino Capistrano exit. Residents Harry and Kathi Miller were among a group reacting to the news.
