Woodbridge ready to start Rancho San Juan model homes

Woodbridge Homes plans to begin model homes in 60 days and production homes in 90 days for Rancho San Juan in eastern San Juan Capistrano. The 100 new homes include 26 affordable units on 10 acres, with a final council vote pending after a May settlement with Capistrano Unified School District over a $6 million payment tied to Whispering Hills.
