Permanent stage in Historic Town Center saves city money
Linda Spinazzola asks how much the new roughly 140000 dollar permanent open stage will save the city. Donated by Gary Campbell and Colleen, it would have cost around 250000 without gifts. City estimates savings of about 100000 per event plus setup time, with wide use for Summer Nites, tree lighting, El Camino plays, Chili Cook-off, and other events benefiting downtown merchants.
