Stubborn ice-cream vendor deported after multiple citations
An 18 year old ice-cream vendor selling without a license was cited three times on Saturday. Deputy John Gentile handcuffed him and turned him over to the U.S. Border Patrol after the third ticket. The cart was confiscated and the ice cream disposed of. The incident followed earlier patrols near Paseo Carolina.
