Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Graham Drew at Winnipeg home

Elizabeth Ann Graham Drew died at her Winnipeg residence 240 River Avenue on Sunday morning January 10 1915. She was born in Dundas Ontario June 11 1849 and was wife of Frank J Drew with cousin A G Graham editor of The Canora Advertiser. Funeral held Ardock North Dakota January 11 with Presbyterian service. she is survived by her husband and several nephews and nieces including Hazel Delany of Plainfield New Jersey.

Hog Cholera Ravages Saskatchewan Hog Population

Over the past month to two months about 600 hogs have been destroyed near Saskatoon by Provincial Veterinary Inspector McCormick. The outbreak, initially linked to hotel swill with raw bacon rind, has intensified with law enforcement helping to cull herds as 50 to 75 pigs per case are destroyed.
