Decree Allows Change of Beaver Creek Water Diversion
Judge Bailey grants Beaver Land and Irrigation Co a decree to alter its water diversion from Beaver creek to the intake of its main canal. The 32.31 cubic feet per second is redirected from the natural stream to the company pipe line, overturning prior use via multiple ditches amid rancher opposition.
