Civic Centre First Building Sold to Kodak Australia
The Civic Centre flat building, completed on the lot, was sold to Kodak (Australia) Limited. Lease No. 23 with a 10 ft frontage was bought in 1975 by Helen J. Drackenreg, the first residential lease sold on December 1 1824. Guilding began in August last year by the Canberra Building and Investment Co. Ltd, and last week the final certificate of conformity was issued. The property sale to Kodak Australia Limited shows a substantial increase in value.
