Convictions Upheld In Berra Court Despite Self Defence Plea
The Berra Court convicted Fishwick of Hawdon Ainslie after he pled not guilty to charges from yesterday. He was fined £6 for failing to conduct his own defence successfully. In a separate case a driver received £7 for dangerous driving while another motorist paid £2 for parking on a bus stop and a third £1 for driving an unregistered vehicle.
