California Ben Arnold wedding joins Gunn and Nicholson
In Belton last Monday Homer Gunn of Ben Arnold married Miss Jane Nicholson at the parsonage. Gunn will work at the Ben Arnold bank and Nicholson will continue as principal of the Ben Arnold High School. The town extends best wishes for their happiness.

Arrest at Uvalde on Bank Robbery Charge
Pierre Guyson known as Pete, a resident of Uvalde for two to three years, was arrested at 4 this morning as he entered his home and charged as the lone bandit who robbed the State Bank of Uvalde of 6185 last Wednesday. Sheriff G N Johnson and deputies Haygood and Perkins made the arrest. the full amount was recovered shortly before midnight.
