Rural School Law Campaign In Texas Details
The State Department of Education launches a drive to inform Texans about the $1,000,000 rural school law. L. L. Pugh and L. T. Cunningham lead field work, visiting about 75 counties and 5,000 teachers. After Sept 1, 1915, up to $500,000 is available to needy schools with a $500 cap per school.
