Ike Looney arrived this morning coming down from Burlington. Local observers say he checked in at the station and plans to visit several downtown spots today.
Creditors are notified that Charlie Sullivan Rather has filed for a discharge in bankruptcy. The hearing, under an order of the court, is before Franz Fiset referee at his Austin Texas office at 10:00 a.m. on November 23 1901. Creditors may appear and show cause why discharge should not be granted. D. L. Hare clerk. Also reports of visitors from Alabama and Texas.
