The boy died October 5 1973 after transfer to Scott and White Hospital.

The Central Counties Center for Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services receives a grant award from HEW for comprehensive mental health services. The $816 665 total funds will support a wide range of programs across Milam Coryell Lampasas and Hamilton Counties with designated portions for each area.
