Spiller Remembers Cameron Days Saw First Ford in Milano
Cicero Franklin Spiller now 88 recalls Cameron history from 1890s days, including moving from Alabama, farming in Milano county, and the first telephone system in 1897. He watched the 1897 Ford demonstration in Milano and described horse and buggy life, including no sewers and the rail era transition. He has four daughters and recent family visits from Seaman Giles Easley of San Diego.
