Cooking Well with Diabetes Classes in Milano This Summer
The Texas Aggi Life Extension Service Milam County hosts four free afternoon and evening Diabetes classes at Milano United Methodist Church. Topics include carbohydrates fats sodium and fiber in the diabetic diet plus taste tests of new recipes. Pre-register by calling Milam County Extension at 254-697-7045 or emailing co-walker tamu.edu.
