District Court suit seeks to set aside will in Peoples estate

Fannie Evans and others file in district court to challenge a will. The suit, filed by an heir of Tom Peoples, aims to obtain their share of an estate valued around 100000 dollars. Mrs Peoples is executrix without bond. Ridge and McBride of Dallas represent plaintiffs. Henderson and ? represent defendants. The Terry trial includes juror list and venue issues as 1000 men were summoned with only nine jurors secured on Monday.
