District 54B All-District picks highlight Buckholts winners
Buckholts Badgerettes claim four spots on the District 54B All-District girls team led by Becky Beckhusen and Marilyn Marek. Jo Ann Beckhusen and Martha Vaculin receive honorable mention. Miliano, Academy, Holland, Salado, and Milano players also named. Buckholts and Milano boys lead with Haisler, Wise, Williams on the boys All-District squad. Buckholts and Lorena fell in Bi-District playoffs.

Judge Rules For Defendant In Property Boundary Suit
Georgetown judge ruled for defendant Clifford Whiteley in a 20th District Court property boundary suit heard last week. Plaintiff Mrs Homer Nabours was represented by Charles C Smith with John B Henderson Jr representing Whiteley.

Tally Ho Spring Horse Show at Salado Creek Stables
