J M Swarp chairman Beat No 1 calls a mass meeting of democrats at each voting box in the beat on Saturday March 8 at 4 pm except Cameron at 8 pm to elect delegates to the beat convention and a county convention to meet March 15 at 2 pm at Cameron courthouse to transact business.
The Democratic executive committee orders mass meetings at 4 p.m. on Saturday March 8 to select delegates for beat conventions on March 15 and county convention on March 17 at Cameron. The group endorsed industrial education and pledged cooperation, amid lively political speeches and social events.
